ColdFusion Front-End/Web Developer

Due to the business service that we provide – we are looking for people to apply who are comfortable with the topic of our website! We are an Adult Social Network Website that is a national leader in the industry.

We are looking for people with excellent JavaScript and SQL skills who have ColdFusion experience.

Overall Responsibility: Technical design, implementation, and support of web based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical consultation with users during requirements discovery and initial system design.
• Analysis of business problems, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Database design including tables, indexes, relationships, views and stored procedures.
• Testing to identify and fix bugs prior to release.
• Debugging and support of existing systems.
• UI design.
• Estimate development hours per project and communicate any delays.
• Continue learning about new technologies and share recommendations.

Qualifications:

• ColdFusion or 3+ years PHP, Java, .Net or similar
• SQL and database design (SQL Server preferred)
• JavaScript including AJAX and DOM manipulation (ExtJS and jQuery helpful)
• HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS,
• WordPress, Joomla, Drupal
• Experience in rich media banner ads
• Serious smarts
• Self-directed problem solving skills
• BS in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
